Congrats on making your way here. I believe there is no such thing as coincidence, so clearly there's a reason you ended up on this page. Let's see. You must have an interest in yoga; maybe you sense yoga can help you sort out your mess (aka life) or bring a little more clarity into your day-today-endeavours. And guess what - you're damn right. Yoga can do all that, and even more. To guide you towards your most awesome Self though, I may have to shake up your understanding of yoga a little bit. Because yoga has much more on offer than just making you more flexible, strong, or just relax the hell outta you.

In my workshops and retreats we don't just work the physical through the asanas (the yogic postures) and remove physical and energetic blockages but also integrate breath work and meditation into the whole process to refine your mental focus and self-awareness. The mind is like a monkey (for some more like a gorilla) that shall be tamed before we can go play with it. Yoga helps you become aware of those famous self-limiting stories that cheeky little monkey keeps whispering in your ear, finally get rid of them, and let your inherent awesomeness shine through (yes, my dear, it's all there within you already). Once the mind is steady and your body is throwing a party, you can direct your beautiful energy into tapping into high-vibrational states (yea, no shit) and eventually create a life worth raving about.
